REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy

Freedom Code LLC is committed to delivering exceptional value through our coaching programmes, courses, and digital products. Due to the personalised nature of our Services and the immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds except as specifically stated below or as required by applicable law.

Coaching Programmes and 1:1 Sessions

All coaching programme fees and session fees are non-refundable once the programme or session has commenced. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged at full rate.

For multi-session coaching packages, if you wish to discontinue the programme before completion, no refund will be issued for sessions already delivered. At our sole discretion, we may offer a credit toward future services for unused sessions.

Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products and online courses, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered.

Satisfaction Guarantee (If Applicable)

For select programmes, Freedom Code LLC may offer a satisfaction guarantee as stated on the specific programme sales page. To qualify for a refund under a satisfaction guarantee, you must: (a) submit your request in writing to legal@contactgavin.com within the stated guarantee period; (b) demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to engage with and implement the programme materials; and (c) provide specific reasons why the programme did not meet your expectations. Approval of guarantee refund requests is at the sole discretion of Freedom Code LLC.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Freedom Code LLC to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately terminate your access to all Services and content; (b) pursue recovery of the full amount plus any fees incurred by Freedom Code LLC as a result of the chargeback; (c) report the dispute to credit agencies and fraud prevention services; and (d) take any legal action available to us. You agree to contact us at legal@contactgavin.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Rights of EEA, UK, and Swiss Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws (such as the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the EU Consumer Rights Directive). For digital content and services where immediate access is provided:

• At checkout, you will be asked to give explicit consent to begin receiving access to digital content immediately.
• By giving this consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content or service has been fully accessed or delivered.
• If you do not give this consent, your 14-day cancellation right will be preserved, but access to the digital content will be delayed until the cancellation period has expired.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or override your mandatory statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Where local law provides greater consumer protection than this policy, your local law will apply.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing to legal@contactgavin.com and must include your full name, the programme or product purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will respond to refund requests within 14 business days.
