They reflect individual results and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

TESTIMONIALS ARE INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE, PROMISE, OR PREDICTION THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE THE SAME OR SIMILAR RESULTS. If no typicality information is displayed alongside a specific testimonial, you should not assume that the results shown are typical of what all or most participants will experience.

Accuracy of Testimonials

Testimonials are presented substantially as received from the client. We may have edited testimonials for grammar, clarity, length, or formatting, but the substance and meaning of the testimonial have been preserved. Financial figures and specific results shared in testimonials are based on information self-reported by clients and have not been independently audited or verified by Freedom Code LLC. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific figures provided by clients.

Material Connections

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent international advertising standards, Freedom Code LLC discloses all material connections with testimonial providers. Where a person providing a testimonial has received a discount, free or reduced-price services, an affiliate commission, or any other material benefit, this will be clearly disclosed alongside the testimonial.

Consent and Use

All Testimonials displayed by Freedom Code LLC have been provided with the knowledge and consent of the client, either through:

• A signed Testimonial and Media Release agreement
• Acceptance of our Terms of Service, which includes a content licence provision
• Written or electronic permission granted directly by the client
• Public posting by the client on social media or review platforms (used with attribution)

Freedom Code LLC reserves the right to use client testimonials, reviews, case studies, photographs, video recordings, and likenesses in perpetuity across all media and marketing channels as permitted under our Terms of Service and/or executed release agreements.

Health-Related Testimonials

If any testimonial references health, emotional wellbeing, mental health, nervous system changes, stress reduction, or similar health-adjacent outcomes, such testimonial reflects an individual subjective experience and is not a health claim.
